Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance tasks
- Support basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ensure work is completed safely and according to OHS requirements
- Clean work areas and maintain tools, workshop, and vehicle
- Prepare job cards and maintenance documentation
- Respond to client queries professionally and escalate when required
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

- Basic building maintenance knowledge
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Time management and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and safety conscious
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 2–5 years’ experience in a facilities or maintenance environment
