FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) MANAGER WANTED – Mugg & Bean, Somerset West

Mugg & Bean in Somerset West is looking for an experienced FOH Manager to lead our front-of-house team!

Requirements:

✅ Must live in the Helderberg area (compulsory)
✅ Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same industry and position (required)
Able to manage waitstaff effectively
Strong eye for food quality and presentation
Committed to service excellence
Computer literate (all MS Office / standard office products)
Valid Driver's License

Duties include:

Overseeing daily front-of-house operations
Managing, training, and motivating waitstaff
Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation standards
Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintaining service standards and store presentation
Administrative duties (rosters, stock control, reports, etc.)
