Responsible for Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique
Strategic Management of the sales functions in line with the proposed budget for the year.
To drive revenue and margin through market, customer understanding and relationship management of the sales function of the company, defining target areas that are in line with the company capabilities.
commercial strategy to deliver annual volume, market share and financial objectives dedicated to the position.
Drive and enhance strategic plan with the determined key accounts.
In-depth understanding of key accounts, i.e. product ranges, corporate and brand vision
Record and report information with marketing team on various Africa countries (as needed) economic, social, political indicators translating into business potential obtainable
Building of tiered relationships assisted with colleagues and key accounts customers.
Drive, develop, expand, and lead sales category and/or key customers as allocated to the position
Prepare focussed key customer business case presentations and focus areas in conjunction with the Marketing team
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Flavour OR FMCG Food Industry
Presentation and customer interaction experience on Senior Management level
Commercial Sales experience
Advanced numeric capability
Pay: R100 000,00 - R110 000,00 per month
