Job description
Responsibilities
- Preparing customer quotations
- Ensuring accurate customer billing and financial reporting
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Following up on outstanding payments
- Customer and supplier account communication
- Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Preparing payment schedules
- Monthly and annual reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
- General financial and commercial administration
Requirements
- At least three years’ experience as a financial administrator, bookkeeper or in a similar position
- Relevant qualification or degree preferable
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Sage Accounting or similar accounting software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Deadline-driven and able to work under pressure
- Good time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Pay: R18 000,00 - R22 000,00 per month
