Financial Accountant (Property industry experience required)

As the Accountant within the residential division, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of a diverse property portfolio. Working alongside an experienced finance team, you'll gain exposure to both operational and strategic finance while partnering with various stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Manage the full accounting function for residential property portfolios
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance

Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles

Approximately 2 years' post-article experience

Previous property accounting experience is essential
