Executive Housekeeper

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of room attendants, house attendant, public area cleaners and floor supervisors and Assistant Executive Housekeepers.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff and allocate work sections to the room attendants.
• Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, record and report through appropriate channels and ensure a follow up is done to close any open glitches.
• Oversee the work of all housekeeping staff and ensure staff compliance with established safety and sanitation policies and standards.
• Report and coordinate the maintenance work with the Technical Services team, in respective areas, to keep the property well maintained.
• Ensure correct par stock levels of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen etc,
• Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
• Conduct daily briefings with the Housekeeping team.
• Check the daily arrival list to have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.

Requirements What You Bring:

• Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions.
• Strong communications skills to interact with guests.
• Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of supervisory skills.
