Everifact is authoritative for sources, versions, claims, citations, and timelines. AgentKnow governs agent and runtime operations. AgentKnow may consume Everifact through governed REST or read-only MCP interfaces, but neither product is required to run the other.

Each customer receives an isolated data plane. Embeddings and reranking are local by default; only retrieved excerpts may use a customer-approved external model route.
