Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Early Years Practitioners in East London. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for children, and providing individualized care and support to aid their growth and development. Collaboration with other staff members and maintaining open communication with parents will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education, child development, and caregiving
• Skills in planning and delivering creative and engaging educational activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health, and safety practices in childcare settings
• Relevant childcare qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 or equivalent are required
• A nurturing, patient, and empathetic approach, with a passion for working with children
• Experience working with diverse groups of children or in multicultural settings is a plus
