Data Management

Key Responsibilities

Logistics and Delivery: Safely transport stock to clients within Lesotho and South Africa.
Supply Chain Support: Collect raw materials from suppliers within Lesotho and South Africa to ensure uninterrupted production.
Operational Assistance: Deliver invoices, quotations, and other documents, and transport Sales Representatives and colleagues to sites and meetings as assigned.
Loading and Handling: Assist with the loading and offloading of stock and materials.
Fleet Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle inspections, ensure the vehicle is clean, and report any maintenance requirements immediately.
Administrative Support: Accurately handle cash collections, count money, and ensure all delivery documents are signed and returned.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s Licence and a valid Public Driving Permit (PDP).
Proven experience in a professional driving role. Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools to plan efficient routes.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and engine health.
Ability to perform basic mathematics for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
Professional and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required to meet business needs.
