Core Responsibilities:

**Making Outbound Calls:**Agents make calls to potential customers (cold calling) or existing customers for various reasons, including sales, customer service, or market research.
**Generating Leads:**Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls is a key function.
**Sales and Upselling/Cross-selling:**Agents may be tasked with selling products or services, as well as offering upgrades or related products.
**Proactive Customer Support:**Outbound calls can be used to provide proactive customer support, addressing issues or offering solutions before customers even realize they exist.
**Gathering Feedback:**Agents may call customers to collect feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience.
**Follow-up Calls:**Outbound calls can be used to follow up on previous interactions, such as after a purchase or a service appointment.

Pay: R5 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
