About us: Heika is a Durban fibre network operator and ISP.
We build, own and run our own fibre infrastructure across 25+ suburbs in Greater Durban — we don't resell someone else's network.

That gives us pricing freedom, faster support and features our competitors can't match.

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Officer to own our digital presence and run the campaigns that bring new customers onto our network.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns

· (Search, display, remarketing) — this is the core of the role

· Build and run our promotional calendar: seasonal deals, Black Friday, festive and product launch campaigns, from concept to reporting

· Write and publish landing pages, promo articles and website updates (WordPress)

· Produce campaign material: door hangers, instore collateral, ad creative briefs

· Track performance daily — CTR, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, ROAS — and act on it

· Monitor competitor pricing and promotions in the Durban fibre market

· Work alongside sales, support and operations so campaigns land properly in the field

Requirements:

· 2+ years hands-on digital marketing experience

· Proven Google Ads track record with real budgets (Please quote monthly spend you've managed)

· Google Analytics / GA4 and comfort working with

· numbers, not just creative

· WordPress and basic on-page SEO

· Strong written English; copywriting ability

· Own transport

· Telecoms, ISP or fibre experience is a strong advantage

Nice to have:

· Meta / social advertising, basic Canva or Adobe design skills

· Experience with print and door-to-door campaign coordination
