We are a growing children’s clothing brand focused on creating stylish, affordable, and quality fashion for kids. We are looking for a motivated and creative intern who understands retail, has a passion for digital marketing, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and brand building.

Role Overview

This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or junior professional who has a good understanding of retail operations, social media marketing, and online selling platforms such as Shopify.

You will support the day-to-day management of our digital presence, online store, content creation, and customer engagement activities while gaining valuable experience across marketing, e-commerce, and retail operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media

• Create and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Assist with content planning and campaign execution.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer queries.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Shopify & E-Commerce

• Upload and manage products on Shopify.
• Update product descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor online store performance and customer experience.
• Assist with online promotions and sales campaigns.
• Support order management and customer communications.

Retail & Brand Support

• Assist with visual merchandising and product launches.
• Support photoshoots and content creation activities.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Assist with administrative and marketing-related tasks.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma, or Degree in:
• Marketing
• Digital Marketing
• Retail Business Management
• E-Commerce
• Communications
• Business Management
• Or a related field
• Understanding of retail and customer experience.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Advantageous

• Previous retail experience.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).
• Photography or video editing skills.
• Experience managing business social media pages.
