The Role:

We are seeking a highly talented and passionate Digital Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong understanding of digital design principles, a proven track record of delivering high-quality work, and a genuine enthusiasm for sports and igaming. As a Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing design projects across various digital platforms, contributing to the visual identity and user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital design projects from concept to completion, including website design, mobile app interfaces, marketing materials, social media assets, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective and visually appealing design solutions.
• Create user-centered designs by considering user needs, data analysis, and usability best practices.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and standards.
• Leverage your passion for sports and knowledge of the igaming landscape to inform design
• decisions and create engaging experiences for our target audience.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years of professional experience in digital design roles.
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, demonstrating excellent visual design skills, user interface design expertise, and a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
• Sports & iGaming Knowledge: A genuine passion for sports and a strong understanding of the igaming industry, including different sports, igaming markets, and user behaviors within this domain.
• Performance: Proven track record of being a high performer, consistently delivering exceptional quality work and exceeding expectations. Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Education: A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience designing for the sports igaming industry.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
