Job description

Matshomo Group (Pty) Ltd is inviting suitably qualified and experienced Data Analytics & Insights Consultants to join its consultant database for Customer Experience (CX), Customer Satisfaction, Market Research, and Business Intelligence projects.

The successful consultant will be responsible for transforming customer and operational data into meaningful insights through statistical analysis, dashboard development, reporting, and data visualisation to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Research Methodology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Or another relevant qualification.
Applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in data analytics, research analytics, or business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse quantitative and qualitative survey data.
Measure and report NPS, CSAT, CES, and other customer experience indicators.
Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports.
Identify trends, patterns, and customer behaviour insights.
Benchmark performance across customer segments and service channels.
Produce actionable recommendations to improve customer experience.
Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
Support survey design through statistical input and sampling advice.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
