Job description
Le Boat is the market leader in self-drive boating holidays across Europe and Canada’s inland waterways. With over 50 years of experience, a fleet designed to suit all party sizes and budgets, and no licence or previous boating experience required, we make unforgettable holidays on the water accessible to everyone. Welcoming guests from across the world, including North America, Germany and France, Le Boat operates across nine countries, with France as our largest destination and the Canal du Midi one of our most popular cruising grounds.
The Role
We are looking for a CX Content Executive to join Le Boat on a 5-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will support the delivery of Le Boat’s Customer Experience strategy by creating, improving and maintaining customer-facing content across the full customer journey. This includes everything from customer acquisition and holiday planning through to pre-departure communications and service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong copywriting skills, excellent attention to detail and a passion for making customer information clear, engaging and easy to understand.

What You’ll Do:
- Creating, maintaining and improving customer-facing content across website CMS, guides, itineraries, welcome materials, travel information and operational documentation
- Turning complex information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand content
- Supporting the development of customer communication journeys, including pre-departure, holiday planning and personalised email communications
- Working closely with CRM, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to deliver timely and relevant customer communications
- Researching and gathering information from operational colleagues, internal departments, tourist boards and external partners
- Working cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams to support customer experience initiatives
- Managing multiple content and customer experience projects from brief through to completion
- Coordinating stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure deadlines, quality standards and project objectives are met
- Supporting multilingual content localisation and translation processes across international markets
- Ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and aligned with brand and customer experience standards.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
