Job description

We’re Hiring: CRM Test Engineer

Help deliver Salesforce releases that are reliable, secure and ready for every merchant interaction.

Business Unit: Technology

Reports to: CRM QA & Testing Manager

Why This Role Matters

Every enhancement to our CRM platform impacts how merchants are onboarded, supported and served. The quality of every release depends on disciplined testing that identifies issues before they reach production.

As a CRM Test Engineer, you will execute structured testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring every system change is validated against business requirements and meets the quality standards expected by our customers and internal users. Through rigorous test execution, defect management and continuous improvement, you will help deliver reliable CRM solutions that enable exceptional merchant experiences.

How We Operate

Our strategy starts from a simple operating truth. Exceptional customer experiences come from exceptional staff experiences. We balance four pillars across everything we do:

Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers and the CRM QA team, you will prepare test cases, execute structured testing, identify defects and validate fixes to ensure every release is production ready.
