Job Title: Full Funnel Operator & Media Buyer (Lead Generation + GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote

Compensation: ~$3,000/month (depending on experience and structure)

Clinicflows is a fast-growing performance marketing and automation agency dedicated to helping aesthetic clinics and medical practices attract, nurture, and convert high-value leads. Our clients range from top-tier medspas to surgical clinics, and our campaigns drive thousands in booked procedures every year.

We are building a world-class creative and performance team, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the charge on creative strategy, hands-on media buying across Meta, and funnel automation in GoHighLevel.

The Role

This is a hybrid role where creative meets performance and automation. You will own the entire acquisition funnel, from creative strategy and AI content production to campaign management, automation, and conversion optimization. We are 100% focused on Lead Generation for clinics (no e-commerce). Our goal is simple: more booked appointments for our clients, at a lower cost, with a higher show rate.

If you can think strategically and execute independently from creative brief to booked call, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Media Buying (Meta Ads): Set up, manage, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns for aesthetic clinics and medical practices.
• Creative Strategy: Write detailed creative briefs, direct AI-powered content production, and improve ad performance through structured testing.
• GoHighLevel & Automations: Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, CRM workflows, and WhatsApp lead nurturing sequences.
• Tracking & Attribution: Set up pixels and conversion tracking, identify funnel bottlenecks, and implement solutions to increase the booking rate.
• Process Ownership: Create and refine internal SOPs for creative production and ad account operations.

Requirements

• Strong Meta Ads experience specifically for Lead Generation (not e-commerce).
• Deep knowledge of GoHighLevel: funnels, automations, CRM, and WhatsApp integrations.
• Understanding of direct response copywriting and creative strategy (hook-problem-solution-proof-CTA).
• Knowledge of pixels, tracking, and conversion attribution.
• Ability to work independently and execute from strategy to implementation.
• Experience in the health, beauty, aesthetics, or clinic niche is a strong plus.

The Ideal Candidate

You understand the full customer journey and know how to combine traffic, creatives, AI content, landing pages, automations, and follow-up systems to maximize booked appointments and revenue for our clinic clients. You do not need to be managed. You see a problem, you fix it.
