RCL FOODS is seeking X2 Crate Hanger FTC ( 4 Months) to join our RCL FOODS Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West and report to the Team Leader. RCL FOODS is looking for an individual who has strong work ethic and is able to interact on all levels of the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Receive crates from Logistics
• Hang crates in crate conveyor belt
• Ensure that production have sufficient crates at al times
• Separate clean crates from dirty crates
• Ensure good housekeeping
• Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs
• Maintain workplace safety and follow established safety guidelines
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices this would include making sure that you wearing required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
• Utilizing continuous improvement mind-set, assist in identifying opportunities to improve process

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Read and Write
• Minimum 1 year beverage product packing

Knowledge:

• Storage area control
• Safety Health and Environmental Aspects

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of product handling,labelling and storage practices
• Familiarity with basic math and warehouse management
• Planning and coordinating with other departments
