Corporate Sales Representative – Physical Guarding Services

Dragon Protection Services is a premium security services provider specializing in corporate and commercial asset protection. We deliver high-caliber physical guarding solutions tailored to commercial properties, warehouses, corporate offices, and industrial sectors. We are expanding our footprint and seeking an aggressive hunter to spearhead new business development.

The Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Corporate Sales Representative focused entirely on outbound business development. In this role, you will be in the field and on the phone, cold-calling decision-makers (Facility Managers, Operations Directors, and Risk Officers) to secure new guarding contracts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from raw cold outreach to conducting on-site risk assessments and closing corporate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and drop-ins at industrial/commercial sites.
• Pipeline Management: Generate and qualify new corporate leads to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough on-site physical security assessments to identify vulnerabilities for prospective clients.
• Proposals & Pitches: Design and present custom security solutions, accurately costing guard deployment hours and service levels.
• Contract Negotiations: Navigate corporate procurement processes to secure long-term service agreements.

Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically in a cold-calling or hunting capacity (experience in physical guarding, logistics, or industrial facility services is highly advantageous).
• Hunter Mentality: Exceptional resilience, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to handle rejection.
• Mobility: Valid Driver’s License and your own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable for site visits).
• Clearances: Clean criminal record and ability to pass standard security vetting processes.
• Skills: Strong professional communication, negotiation, and corporate presentation skills.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
