About the Role – Contact Centre Sales Agent
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will engage with consumers regarding their financial wellbeing. Your role is to qualify clients, explain the process, and convert interest into completed applications, all within a strictly NCR-regulated environment.
You will be supported by experienced Team Managers, structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clearly defined performance targets.
This is a sales-driven role suited to agents who enjoy pace, pressure, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to consumers who have enquired about debt review, through websites and social media platforms
- Qualify consumers and conduct affordability discussions
- Clearly and confidently explain the debt review process
- Convert qualified leads into successful applications
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain high-quality, compliant sales conversations
- Accurately capture client information on CRM systems
- Work closely with Team Managers and Quality teams to improve performance
Requirements
- Previous sales or call centre experience preferred
- (Debt review or financial services experience advantageous)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Target-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn
- Proven objection-handling and closing ability
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Computer literate (CRM systems, diallers, Microsoft Office)Key Skills & Competencies
