Fit tool bits and maintain machines – report any defect to manager
Know the different machines to operate and maintain as prescribed

Knowledge:

CNC operational manuals and instructions
Programming of different machines

Experience:

Preferable 3 years and more in mechanical engineering industry

Responsible For

To machine parts an products from raw materials with the specified drawings and indicators for the use in machines and equipment in the mining and engineering sector
(Machine shop) generalist to operate (Programme) different machine types
Writing programs and interpreting drawings and procedures to manufacture parts accuratley
Getting information from all relevant sources
Controlling machines and processes
Performing inspections of equipment, structures, materials and products
Analysing information and finding the best solutions to problems
Maintaining clear and honest communication at all times
Keeping the work environment safe
Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work
Adhering to ll work-site safety rules and regulations

External and Internal relationships:
