In this role you will be responsible for:
- Data capturing for the HSECQ systems department
- Ensure the accurate and timeous completion of all administration functions required from the role
- Support the maintenance and management of quality management systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 and integrated HSECQ systems requirements
- Management of the document control systems
- Assist with audit programme (internal and external) and related Assurance activities
- Maintain HSECQ systems ISOMetrix.Net, Sharepoint, Portal and SAP DMS
- Support the maintenance and Management of the HSECQ framework, Standards, Legal and other requirements.
- ISO 9001 Auditing management systems
- ISO 9001 Understanding and implementation of quality management systems
About you:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- Experience in Quality Management Systems
- Good knowledge of HSECQ systems
- Computer literate including SAP knowledge
- Attention to detail and good administration skills
