Cleaner

The incumbent of the role will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the office, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for staff and visitors.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect boardrooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas ensuring high standard of hygiene.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needed equipment repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist in special cleaning projects.
• Adhering to checklists and scheduling duties.
• Fully conversant with preferred partners and suppliers.
• Cleaning equipment e.g., Vacuum, Coffee machines, Water coolers etc.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaner.

Knowledge:

• Previous cleaning experience in a business, commercial setting, preferably.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills and reliability.
