RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Clean all offices

· Clean all staff facilities and maintain high standards at all times

· Clean all customer facilities and maintain high standards at all times

· Ensure foyer and all inside areas are clean and tidy at all times

· Feeding & watering of plants

· Assisting with displays

· Empty out and clean rubbish bins

· Removing of any obstacles in pathways i.e. hosepipes, trolleys etc.

· Refer customer to the right section salesperson or information centre

· Maintain good customer relations like smiling and greeting each customer

· Perform any other tasks as required by Senior Management to ensure the continued smooth operation of the company and to meet the company’s aim of high standards and high customer service.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT:

· Develop and train all other staff regularly on all aspects of my work and the company by giving regular feedback whenever possible.

· Expected to be familiar with all Stodels policies as updated from time to time.

· Expected to undergo job related training from time to time.
