Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup and Activation (30%)
- Review the setup of campaigns in Salesforce according to the Statement of Work, ensuring all targeting parameters, functions, seniorities, company sizes, geographies, and account lists are entered accurately.
- Prepare and upload target account lists (TALs) and exclusion lists in the correct format.
- Manage campaigns through all status stages: Planned, Data Request, Data Set, Ready to Activate, with no idle time at any stage.
- Review scripts and liaise on activation timelines.
- Flag any discrepancies between the client brief and campaign setup before campaigns go live.
Reporting and Data Management (40%)
- Build, format, and maintain lead delivery reports in Microsoft Excel, including client-specific custom formats.
- Upload lead reports and data files to client platforms including Integrate and Convertr, ensuring formatting requirements are met and submissions are error-free.
- Prepare scheduled reports on reporting days, reconciled against Salesforce records.
- Track lead delivery progress against campaign targets and proactively flag pacing risks.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date campaign records in Salesforce at all times.
Lead Quality and Rejections (15%)
- Review incoming lead rejections from clients, categorise them correctly, and submit Lead Cancellation tasks where rejections are valid.
- Support the QA team in investigating contested rejections and gathering evidence to support revalidation decisions.
- Ensure all rejection outcomes are logged accurately in Salesforce.
Internal Coordination (15%)
- Attend and contribute to the London Operations WIP meeting with accurate campaign status updates.
- Coordinate with the QA, Reporting, and Data teams to resolve campaign issues quickly.
- Surface delivery risks or data issues to the Head of Customer Success immediately. No sitting on problems.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, genuinely comfortable with large datasets, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and building clean, formatted reports from raw data.
- Exceptional attention to detail. You notice errors before they leave your desk.
- Strong personal accountability. When something is due, it is done. You do not need chasing.
- Organised and process-driven. You can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with data-heavy, transactional work. You find satisfaction in accuracy and repeatability.
- Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms (Salesforce experience is a strong advantage).
- Familiarity with client-facing reporting or working to external platform upload specifications (Integrate, Convertr, or similar is a bonus).
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MQL, HQL, SRL).
- Experience with call quality tools.
