Job description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Campaign Manager to lead a US customer service campaign within a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role focuses on operational delivery, client satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of a US customer service campaign
Ensure SLA, KPI, and quality targets are consistently met
Lead and develop team leaders and agents
Act as the main point of contact for US clients
Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements :
3+ years’ experience in a BPO/Contact Centre environment
Proven experience managing US customer service campaigns
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of Contact Centre KPIs and QA standards
