Call Centre Lead Conversion / On-boarding Agent Sunninghill, Sandton / Gauteng

We are a fully regulated / licensed brokerage company, part of a global group with offices around the world and our Sandton Office is seeking Call Centre Lead Conversion Agents (Call Centre Agents), to convert Leads and close on the leads provided into a sale / existing client (Earn Commission) Ubuntu Markets has a focus on sub-Saharan Africa countries but does not limit its clients to only that region. With an aim of client satisfaction, Ubuntu Markets aims to provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.

Requirements for this role:

✓ Sales / Call Centre experience.

✓ At least +12 months’ work experience in a Call Centre Environment.

✓ Matric.

✓ Good Command of English.

✓ Excellent Telephone Etiquette.

✓ Excellent Interpersonal skills.

✓ Driven and strong Character to close on Leads Interviews are done / Virtual or Telephonic Call Centre Conversion Job Specification.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

✓ To convert supplied leads of already interested clients into an existing client

✓ To be aggressive in closing deals

✓ Target Driven.

✓ Provide the most stable and reliable client experience possible.

Benefits: Basic Salary R7 000 Per Month for the first 3 months during probation period, + Uncapped Commission structure on a sliding scale + Unlimited Incentives.
Supplied hot Leads / No Cold Calling No limit to dial own leads and earn Commission.
1-week Paid Training for attending (R100 per day) Courtesy fee. Paid later after training.
Incubation Period Incubation Salary per week) Then full Call Centre dialing

Flexible Working hours Upon successful completion of training, you will move on to the next stage of Incubation, which is part of training, learning the systems and adapting to the Call Centre environment, whilst dialing live leads and reaching expected targets. For each stage of training, you will be provided with necessary contracts by the Trainer and HR to sign as part of a clear indication of how far you`ve succeeded and or failed during the training period.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
