Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. If you have 3–5 months of call centre or customer service experience and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
✔ 3–5 months call centre, telesales, or customer service experience
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong customer service orientation
✔ Basic computer literacy and data-capturing skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Reliable, punctual, and target-driven
