Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Call Centre Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, providing information on services, scheduling appointments where applicable, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from hospitals, Doctors, nurses, phlebotomists, specialists etc
• Maintain good client relations with external clients
• Serve as a liaison between site staff and Lab
• Ensure messages are distributed to the correct staff members
• Follow up with results to ensure turn-around-times are met.
• Assist with the Switchboard functions in order to correctly refer clients.
• Compile, print and distribute route reports in order to ensure correct distribution of results when required
• Maintain hardware to ensure effective operations.
• Adhoc duties

Requirements

• Must be computer literate
• Matric
• Telephone and e-mail etiquette
• Able to work shifts
• Own reliable transport
