Job Description – Call Centre Sales Agent
We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and customer-focused Call Centre Sales Agents to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, promoting products and services, building customer relationships, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
- Close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
- Capture accurate customer information on the CRM system.
- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 3–6 months' call centre sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
