BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Ivory Suite Co — Remote | 25 hrs/week to start | UK business hours

We manage properties on behalf of landlords and deliver a high standard of experience for every guest. THE ROLE

This is a remote sales and business development role with two clear missions running in parallel: growing our landlord portfolio and growing our direct booking revenue. You will be doing a significant volume of outbound calling across both pipelines. This is not an admin role dressed up as sales. You will be expected to prospect cold, handle objections, build relationships over time, and take full ownership of your numbers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Landlord Acquisition

- Cold call and follow up with landlord leads to book appointments with our team

- Set and confirm appointments, keeping the calendar accurate and up to date

- Chase appointment attendance with reminder calls and messages to keep no-shows low

- Maintain clean, up-to-date records across our CRM and lead pipeline

- Report weekly on call volumes, appointments set, and attended

Direct Booking Growth

- Cold call companies and project contractors requiring staff or corporate housing in and around Nottingham, positioning Ivory Suite Co as their preferred accommodation provider

- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with past business guests, converting future stays from OTA platforms to direct bookings

- Work proactively across all available direct booking channels to push our direct booking percentage up month on month

- Track and report on direct booking performance monthly

Guest Quality Control

- Vet incoming bookings against our guest standards before confirmation

- Flag anything that looks off before it becomes a problem on the ground

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Confident, clear spoken English and a professional phone manner — this is a high-volume outbound calling role and your voice is the first impression

- A minimum of one to two years' experience in outbound cold calling or business development — exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered

- Comfortable building rapport quickly with both businesses and individuals from a cold start

- Self-managing and disciplined — you run your own call lists, own your targets, and do not need chasing

- Some knowledge of the UK market and/or the short-let or serviced accommodation industry is an advantage but not a requirement

- Reliable internet connection, a quiet calling environment, and a good headset

- Available during UK business hours

EDUCATION & DEVELOPMENT

No formal qualifications are required. We care about what you can do, not what certificates you hold. Reading material, industry resources, and training content may be allocated as part of your role, and you will be expected to engage with it. As the business grows, strong performers may be asked to help train and onboard new team members. We invest in people who invest in us.

HOURS & PROGRESSION

This role starts at 25 hours per week. It is our clear intention — though not a contractual guarantee — to move the right candidate to 40 hours per week once ten additional properties have been onboarded under management. At the expected pace of conversions, that milestone is achievable within the first few months for a strong performer.

PAY & BONUS STRUCTURE

Base rate: $5–$7 per hour depending on experience, paid in USD.

At $7/hour and 25 hours per week, your base is approximately £565/month.

The bonus structure is designed to bridge this to £1,000–£1,200/month at on-target performance, with strong and top performers earning significantly more.

BONUS 1 — Property Conversion

£50 for every landlord property that goes live under Ivory Suite Co management.

Target: 5 conversions per month = £250/month. Exceed that and you earn proportionally more.

BONUS 2 — Annual Direct Booking Bonus (paid at 12 months)

Based on the percentage of portfolio bookings coming in direct at year end.

20% direct bookings = £1,800 annual bonus

40% direct bookings = £3,600 annual bonus

50% direct bookings = £4,500 annual bonus

BONUS 3 — Annual Portfolio Target Bonus (paid at 12 months)

Based on total properties onboarded across the year.

40 properties = £500

60 properties = £1,000

80+ properties = £1,500

ON-TARGET EARNINGS — 25 HOURS/WEEK (at $7/hour base)

Floor (3 conversions, no annual bonuses): ~£715/month

On-target (5 conversions, Bronze direct): ~£1,048/month

Strong (8 conversions, Silver direct): ~£1,390/month

Top (10 conversions, Gold direct): ~£1,565/month

ON-TARGET EARNINGS — 40 HOURS/WEEK (triggered by 10 additional properties)

On-target (5 conversions, Bronze direct): ~£1,461/month

Strong (8 conversions, Silver direct): ~£1,878/month

Top (10 conversions, Gold direct): ~£2,091/month

GROWTH & OPPORTUNITY

Ivory Suite Co is building toward a national operation. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat — we are looking for someone who wants to be part of building something. If you deliver in this role, you will not stay in the same position indefinitely. Strong performers will be given the opportunity to take on greater responsibility, including training and developing new team members as we expand. The right person will find that their long-term opportunity here goes well beyond the bonus structure on this page.

Pay: R48,00 - R113,00 per hour
