Job description

Xpert Decision Systems (XDS) Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced KAM/BDM with a strong hunter mentality, proven new-business sales track record and preferably a background in credit, data and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, developing strategic client relationships and growing revenue across the Western Cape region.

Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Western Cape.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior stakeholders.
*Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
*Drive revenue growth through new business, upselling and cross-selling.
*Understand client requirements and position appropriate credit, data and analytics solutions.
*Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations.
*Manage the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.
*Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Requirements:
*5+ years' experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales.
*Proven hunter/new business acquisition track record.
*Experience in credit, data, analytics, financial services, technology or related industries preferred.
*Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
*Proven ability to engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
*Commercially driven, self-motivated and results-oriented.
*Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
