About the company
Our client is a technology company specialising in retail and FMCG solutions, with a portfolio of product lines spanning both enterprise custom builds and existing SaaS offerings.
About the role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to act as the primary client-facing point of contact across a portfolio of ongoing customer accounts, while also managing the internal pipeline tool that keeps projects on track. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable in a client meeting and in the detail of a requirements document.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients across the platform
- Run weekly client standups to track progress, gather feedback and align on priorities
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (dev, support, product) to ensure client needs are understood and delivered on
- Work across multiple solutions, spanning both enterprise custom builds and standardised SaaS products
- Gather, document and translate client requirements into briefs for internal teams
- Monitor ongoing projects and accounts to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and timelines
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell or process improvement within the existing client base
- Escalate and manage risks or issues raised by clients in a timely manner
Ideal candidate
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across both technical (custom/enterprise) and standardised (SaaS) product environments
- Solid business analysis fundamentals: requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management
- Experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage
