Branch Support Services

Manufacturing company based in Boksburg is looking for a hands-on and organized individual in the role of Branch Support Services to oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of the branch.

Job Purpose

You will manage staff, handle operational and administrative duties, and ensure high productivity levels while keeping a safe, compliant, and positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct branch staff activities to achieve branch SMART goals, monitor performance, provide feedback, and lead team development.
• Manage branch budgets, petty cash, stationery and intellectual property.
• Conduct accurate monthly stock counts and manage the maintenance of office equipment and plant facilities.
• Ensure strict compliance with all laws, bylaws, ISO, NCF standards, and health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline processes to reduce costs.
• Attend Body Corporate meetings and coordinate with other branches to share knowledge.
• Act as a filler during staff shortages or urgent situations and handle branch issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required
• Matric (Grade 12) with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field).
• 2 - 3 years experience in branch support, branch operations, office administration or similar position. .
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance tracking.
• Excellent understanding of budgeting, stock control, and administrative processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills..
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15 000,00 per month

• Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
