This company is a bookkeeping and accounting firm that supports businesses with financial management, audits, reconciliations, and tax preparation, and they are looking to bring on a Bookkeeper & Operations Assistant to help with bookkeeping operations, CRM organization, and administrative support.

The role includes reconciliations, insurance audit support, SOP documentation, CRM updates, client communication drafting, project coordination, and QuickBooks 2 Certified bookkeeping support. You will work directly with the internal team during Eastern Time business hours and collaborate daily through Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client financial records using QuickBooks.
• Update tasks and workflows inside Financial Sense CRM.
• Organize insurance audit documentation and certificates.
• Draft client emails and follow-up messages.
• Create SOPs from internal training processes.

Tools You Will Be Using

• QuickBooks for bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Financial Sense for CRM management
• Zoom for daily team communication
• Google Voice for client messaging
• Microsoft Word for SOP documentation
