Job description:

The store manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, and achieving sales and profitability goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for beauty industry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of salon software and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office is preferred.
• Strong admin acumen.
• Maintain all franchise agreements and protocols.
