Barista – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience.
• Must have completed a barista course/certification.
• Must be able to prepare a full range of coffees, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, flat white and other standard coffee drinks.
• Must be confident preparing matcha and other café beverages.
• Must have good knowledge of coffee preparation, milk steaming and basic latte art.
• Must be punctual and arrive on time every working day.
• Must be reliable, responsible and professional.
• Must be flexible and available when required, including weekends and busy periods.
• Must maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work area.
• Must provide friendly and professional customer service.

Working Hours

Working hours will be communicated according to the café’s operating schedule and business needs. Flexibility and availability are required.

Pay: R4 000,00 - R7 000,00 per hour
