Job description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional coffee environment
- Proficiency in all aspects of coffee preparation, including espresso-based drinks, milk texturing, and grinder calibration
- Strong knowledge of coffee quality, consistency, and presentation
- Experience with till/POS operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
