Your Main Responsibilities:

• Performing maintenance,rectification of defects and troubleshooting in accordance with company and manufacture procedures – respectively any other applicable procedures and regulations of foreign authorities
• Ensuring compliance with valid revisions of regulations, procedures, processes,instructionsand aeronautical laws within the area of responsibility (e.g. Occupational safety regulation)
• Performing maintenance – repair and servicing as covered by current PART-66 AML and company authorization
• Supervising and signing the release to service for all maintenance work (aspermitted) which is carried out by other maintenance personal
• Reporting airplane defects and incomingaircraftstatus to Team Leader
• Reporting of any occurrence per SACAA Regulations,2011 Part-145 and Customer procedures or local legislation requirements
• Taking responsibility for allpaper work
• Regular reporting of activities performed on customeraircraftfor proper invoicing
• Attending regular technical training to stay updated
• Participation in maintenance check flights if requested by Customer´s Chief Pilot
• Required to travel within South Africa and Abroad should there be an operational requirement

Your Profile :

• Knowledge of SACAA CATS & CARS (PART-145, PART-66etc)
• An awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations surroundinganLAME function
• Valid SACAA AME License Cat A & C withatleastB737-3/4/500
• Very goodEnglish language skills (written & spoken)
• Valid Human Factors Training
• Prevoius release ofaircraftExperience is essential
• A330/A350/B787/B777 experience and licenseadvantageousunder SACAA or EASA
• Valid drivinglicence
• Able to obtain ACSA ramp permit
