Location: Stellenbosch

Position Type: Full-time (Basic Salary + Commission)

About the Role:

We are looking for a fun, lively, and dedicated individual to join our team in Stellenbosch! In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations—supervising Airbnb turnarounds, managing bookings, communicating with property owners, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the business owners.

From initial planning to final invoicing, you will be involved in every step of the process. We need someone who brings fantastic energy to the workspace while effortlessly keeping a few balls in the air.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise Turnarounds: Maintain a flawless eye for detail during property cleanings, ensuring every unit is welcoming and perfectly prepped for arriving guests.
Client & Guest Relations: Act as a main point of contact for property owners and handle guest booking communications smoothly.
Business Admin: Assist the business owners with daily administrative tasks, invoicing, and keeping the backend organized.
Team Coordination: Lead and transport turn-around teams to various units.

What We Are Looking For:

Valid Driver’s License: A must-have. A work vehicle is provided, but you’ll also get your steps in since most of our units are just a short walk apart!
Top-Tier Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Self-Discipline: The ability to work independently and stay highly motivated while mostly unsupervised.
Strong Organizational Skills: Comfortable multitasking and managing admin across multiple properties efficiently.
Flexibility: A genuine excitement for hospitality. Please note that in this industry, weekends and public holidays are often our busiest times!
