About the Role

Ariston is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advisory Services Consultant to join our growing Advisory division. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong consulting expertise who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving organisational transformation, and delivering measurable value to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to analyse business needs, develop strategic recommendations, improve operational performance, manage projects, and support the implementation of business improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory and organisational transformation engagements.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Manage consulting projects from initiation through to delivery.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support client solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Support business development initiatives, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Advisory team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification (Honours) will be advantageous.
• 3+ years' experience in management consulting, business advisory, strategy, or organisational development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements.
