Job description
Parts Incorporated Africa is searching for a Administrator :Fleet to join the branch in Riverhorse. The purpose of this position is to perform daily administration of the branch, including cashier and COD duties when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- A minimum of Two years’ experience in general office practice.
- Organized, trustworthy, accurate, professional, and reliable.
- Must be willing and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A quick learner and willing to bring discrepancies to light and willing to speak up if there is a problem.
- Good time keeping track record & ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to consult with warehouse staff.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Good with numbers & calculations.
- Clear ITC & Criminal record.
Key performance areas include but not limited to:
- Ensure Vehicle key register is signed off daily by drivers
- Daily vehicle checklist completed by drivers
- Ensure drivers disc and license and PDP's are up to date and valid
- Vehicle health chart - maintenance and services up to date
- Consolidate monthly fleet reports for head office
- Masana fuel slips to be reconciled against invoices
- Recording of all incidents and accident procedure to follow
- Ensure drivers leave is planned accordingly
- Ensure that all Pods are reconciled and scanned .
- Ensure that the trip sheet report is printed and filled accordingly
- Attend to all drivers queries
- Maintenance Scheduling & Coordination: Develop preventive maintenance schedules; coordinate repairs and servicing with mechanics; monitor service records and address breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
- Manage the filling of all paper work In the fleet
- Despatch KPI - Gemba board
