Job Title

Administrator Clerk (WOMEN ONLY – 35 years old +)

Reports To

Office & Operations Manager

Job Purpose

The Administrator Officer is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the business. The role involves managing office administration, maintaining records, coordinating communication, supporting staff, and ensuring that company procedures are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities/Administrative Support

  • Perform general office administration and clerical duties.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.

Record Keeping & Data Management

  • Maintain company databases and records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Capture, update, and verify information on company systems.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled securely.
  • Assist with document control and compliance requirements.

Office Coordination

  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Springs, Johannesburg

Salary: After Tax R12 000 - 14 000, Based on Experience and Qualifications.

Start Date: July/August 2026

Work Location: In person
