Job Description
As the Accounts Receivable QC Accreditation and Training Coordinator, you will play a central role in creating a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth within the Accounts Receivable environment. This position is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Training Manuals are accurately maintained, understood, and acknowledged across the team.
You will facilitate and coordinate training and development initiatives that support legislative requirements, organisational standards, and departmental objectives, while helping employees build the skills and confidence needed to thrive. Through your commitment to quality, learning, and capability development, you will contribute to an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and equipped to perform at their best.

Role Qualification Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a Grade 12 qualification, supported by an Assessor Certificate and an ETDP SETA Accredited Train the Trainer qualification. You will also hold a Design and Develop Learning Materials qualification, enabling you to create and facilitate meaningful learning experiences that support both individual and team development.
These qualifications will provide the foundation needed to guide learning initiatives, strengthen quality practices, and contribute to the ongoing development of talent within the Accounts Receivable function.
Role Experience Requirements
You will bring experience gained within a fast-paced Accounts Receivable environment, where you have developed a sound understanding of operational processes, quality requirements, and service excellence. Experience within the healthcare industry will provide valuable insight into the unique demands and standards of the sector.
Your background will include exposure to Quality Control practices, allowing you to confidently monitor compliance, identify development opportunities, and support continuous improvement. Experience as an Assessor will further strengthen your ability to evaluate competence, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the growth and development of employees.
Through your experience, you will have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining quality standards, supporting learning initiatives, and helping teams perform effectively in dynamic and deadline-driven environments.
Role Skills Requirements
Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong interpersonal capability, and a genuine passion for developing others. You will be confident using technology to support learning, quality assurance, and reporting activities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience working with Accounts Receivable systems and shared digital collaboration platforms such as OneDrive or ShareDrive will enable you to work efficiently across teams and functions.
You will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and foster positive working relationships across various departments. Your ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, will ensure that training content, quality feedback, reports, and day-to-day interactions are professional, effective, and engaging. Fluency in English and Afrikaans will allow you to communicate confidently with a broad range of stakeholders.
A sound understanding of financial and numerical concepts will be important, particularly when reconciling accounts, interpreting financial information, and applying logical reasoning to support decision-making. Equally important will be your customer-focused approach, characterised by active listening, empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering positive experiences.
