Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Wellington, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will work with diverse clients and take responsibility for:

Monthly processing of accounting work;
Financial statements;
E-filing;
Independent reviews (Preparation of files for reviews and audits);
Tax, VAT and PAYE.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in BAccounting or BCom Financial/ ManagementAccounting;
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles;
Continued professional membership and adherence to CPD requirements; OR
At least 5 to 7 years relevant accounting experience;
Values ethical adherence;
Has high regard for excellence in service delivery;
Builds positive and value adding relationships with clients and colleagues;
Works with integrity;
Respects the professional framework within which we work;
Computer literate in Pastel, Sage, MS Office, SARS e-filing;
Experience in Draftworx and Xero will be beneficial;
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbally and in writing)
Has a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
