We're Hiring an Account Manager

Are you the person who notices a client's tone shift in the third email of the thread, who chases the "quick update" before it becomes a fire, who turns a vague brief into a plan the whole team can execute?

We're looking for an operator, not a note-taker. Someone who runs accounts, not someone who just reports on them.

The role in a nutshell:

* You'll own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of clients, from onboarding through to renewal, keeping strategy, delivery, and expectations aligned across the board.

* You'll translate client goals into clear briefs for our design, paid ads, content, and dev teams, then keep everyone accountable to the timeline.

* This isn't a middleman role. You'll have real input into strategy, real authority to push back on scope creep, and direct collaboration with every team in the agency.

You're the right fit if you:

✅ Have 2+ years managing client accounts, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment

✅ Can read a performance report and turn it into a conversation, not just a PDF

✅ Are organised enough to run multiple clients without dropping a ball

✅ Communicate clearly, calmly, and proactively, especially when the news isn't great

✅ Genuinely enjoy building relationships and want clients to see you as a partner, not a point of contact

What you'll be doing:

- Client onboarding, strategy alignment, and ongoing account management

- Briefing and coordinating internal teams (design, paid, content, dev)

- Developing social media strategies that convert

- Reporting on performance and translating data into next steps

- Spotting risk early and managing it before it becomes a client problem
