Our Accelerated Management Training Programme is a 6–9 month fast-track development opportunity designed to develop future leaders. You’ll rotate across Sales, Debtors, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing, gaining hands-on business exposure while working closely with senior leadership. We’re looking for analytical, proactive and ambitious graduates with an Engineering degree, strong Maths results and a genuine drive to grow into management.
Job description
- 6–9-month structured training programme.
- Rotations across Sales, Debtors, Customer Service, Finance & Marketing.
- Hands-on exposure to different areas of the business.
- Direct exposure to senior and C-suite leadership.
- Mentorship, responsibility and accelerated career development.
- Strong long-term growth opportunities within the organisation.
Minimum requirements
- An Engineering degree – Industrial Engineering or Actuarial Science would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Matric results, particularly in Mathematics.
- High initiative, adaptability and a willingness to take ownership.
- A genuine ambition to grow into a management role.
